Refund policy
Digital product: all sales final
Terms of Mercy is supplied only as a downloadable EPUB file. Nothing is shipped. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, every sale is final once the download has begun. We do not offer voluntary returns, exchanges, or change-of-mind refunds for a correctly supplied and usable EPUB.
European Union, EEA, and United Kingdom
Where checkout asks you to request immediate delivery, your confirmation records your express consent for delivery to begin during the statutory withdrawal period and your acknowledgement that you will lose the right to withdraw once the download begins. After the download begins following that confirmation, no change-of-mind withdrawal is available. If the legally required consent, acknowledgement, or contract confirmation was not obtained, any non-waivable rights provided by applicable law remain in force.
Customers in other countries and regions
Outside the European Union, EEA, and United Kingdom, all digital sales are final to the fullest extent permitted by the law that applies to you. If your local law gives you a mandatory right that cannot legally be excluded, that right applies only to the minimum extent required. Nothing in this policy creates an additional cancellation or refund right.
No refunds for personal preference or avoidable incompatibility
Except where mandatory law requires otherwise, we do not refund because you changed your mind, did not enjoy or finish the book, overlooked the description or content note, purchased accidentally after beginning the download, expected a printed book, cannot use the file with an unsupported device or application, failed to use the disclosed Send to Kindle process, failed to save or back up the file, or found a different price or exchange rate elsewhere.
Failed links and damaged files
A failed download link, corrupted file, incomplete file, or incorrect file does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Contact samuel.alejandro@refura.eu with your order number and the email used at checkout. We will first provide a replacement link or working copy at no charge. If a mandatory consumer law requires a different remedy, that law applies.
Content that is materially not as described
If the EPUB is materially not as described, contact us with details. Where applicable law requires a remedy, we may first repair or replace the digital content. A price reduction or refund is available only when required by non-waivable law or expressly approved by us.
Abuse and duplicate claims
We may refuse voluntary refund or replacement requests where there is evidence of fraud, repeated abuse, redistribution, chargeback abuse, or materially false information. This does not limit any right that cannot legally be excluded.
Approved refunds
Any refund that is legally required or expressly approved by us is returned to the original payment method. Processing times imposed by Shopify, the payment provider, or your bank are outside our control.
